General Rules & Guidelines for Vendors

All vendors and organizations will be responsible for staffing their booths during all hours of festival operation from 11:00 am to 10:00 pm on Saturday, September 21st, and from 11:00 am to 7:00 pm on Sunday, September 22nd. Vendors must participate both days of the event and during all scheduled hours (no exceptions). Forks Community Days Committee will assign booth location(s) and provide access to electricity if requested.  Vendors and organizations are responsible for providing tents, tables, chairs, lights, and any other items the vendor or organization considers necessary to operate and can be contained within vendor’s/ organization’s assigned space or area.
